Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, with our time and resources dedicated to your care. Failure to attend or arriving late to appointments reduce our ability to treat both you, and other patients.
To ensure fair and timely service, our policy is that you:
We will send you an SMS to confirm your booking 3 days prior. Please reply promptly. If unconfirmed by the day before, we will attempt to call you; if we cannot reach you, your appointment may be cancelled and offered to another patient.
Patients with repeated failure to attend or arriving late to appointments may be charged a fee and/or required to pay for their next treatment appointment in advance.
We understand emergencies can occur, and fees will be applied at management’s discretion.
